These fixturing systems are designed for use with vision systems, non-contact CMMs, or multi-sensor machines. They offer a fast, repeatable way to fixture your parts consistently each and every time you inspect them. Which leads to increased productivity and accuracy. Each vision fixture kit includes a precision acrylic base plate which allows for back-lighting. Fixture base plates can be customized to fit, and mount to, your systems stage. The base plates are alpha-numerically labeled for easy documentation of your part setups. The components are also labeled with a part numbers for easy identification and documentation.
